Embark on a captivating 5-day safari adventure in Tanzania, discovering two of the country’s most fascinating national parks: Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara National Park. This tour offers an exciting blend of game drives, boat cruises, and breathtaking landscapes. From the towering baobab trees of Tarangire to the serene shores of Lake Manyara, this safari is perfect for wildlife enthusiasts, nature lovers, and anyone seeking a truly unforgettable African experience. Expect close encounters with elephants, lions, giraffes, and an array of birds, all in pristine natural settings.

Your journey begins with a pickup from Arusha or Moshi, where you’ll begin your scenic drive towards Serengeti National Park. The drive takes you through beautiful Tanzanian landscapes, offering a glimpse of the countryside and local villages along the way. Once you enter the Serengeti, you’ll embark on your first game drive, where you’ll be able to witness the vast plains teeming with wildlife, such as zebras, giraffes, and buffaloes. Serengeti’s rich ecosystem is perfect for spotting predators like lions and cheetahs, especially in the early evening when the wildlife is most active.

After a morning game drive in Serengeti, you’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast before transferring to the Ngorongoro Crater. This journey offers a chance to take in the sweeping vistas of the surrounding landscapes. Upon arrival at the crater, you’ll head straight into the caldera, which is home to one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to see the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino—all in one place. In addition to the Big Five, Ngorongoro Crater is famous for its stunning landscapes, including the lush, green highlands and the vast volcanic floor, home to herds of wildebeest, zebras, and a variety of bird species, including flamingos near the soda lakes.

On your final day, you’ll enjoy a morning game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater before heading back to Arusha. The early morning is the best time to witness wildlife in action as the animals are often more active. After your game drive, you’ll enjoy breakfast and take in your last views of the crater before departing for Arusha. Your safari concludes upon arrival in Arusha, where you can catch your flight or continue with other travel plans.
