Day 1:
Arrival and Transfer to Hotel in Kampala for Rest and Pre-Tour Briefing
Welcome to Uganda! Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you'll be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Kampala. After checking in, take the rest of the day to relax and recover from your travels. In the evening, you'll have a pre-tour briefing to go over the itinerary, followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02
Transfer to Jinja City with a Stopover at Ewaffe Cultural Center
After breakfast, set off for Jinja City, the source of the River Nile. Along the way, make a stop at the Ewaffe Cultural Center, where you’ll learn about Uganda’s rich cultural heritage, traditional music, and dance. Continue the drive to Jinja, where you’ll check into your accommodation for the evening.
Day 03
Visit Source of the River Nile and Boat cruise
Start the day with a visit to the Source of the Nile, one of the most iconic sites in Uganda. Learn about the significance of this natural wonder and enjoy the surrounding beauty. In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting boat cruise experience on the Nile River, an unforgettable adventure for the whole family. You can also participate in optional activities like White water rafting, quad biking, bungee jumping, horse riding, tubing the nile and others.
Day 4:
Transfer to Sipi Falls with an Evening Sunset Watching at Slopes of Mt. Elgon
Today, transfer to the picturesque Sipi Falls at the base of Mount Elgon. After checking in, take some time to enjoy the breathtaking sunset views from the slopes of Mt. Elgon, with stunning panoramas of the falls and surrounding landscapes.
Day 5:
Easy Short Day Hike on Lower Slopes of Mt. Elgon and Afternoon Coffee/Community Walk
Enjoy a short, easy hike through the lower slopes of Mt. Elgon. This is a great day for families to immerse in nature and see the beauty of the area. In the afternoon, take a community walk and visit a local coffee plantation to learn about the region’s coffee-growing traditions and interact with the community.
Day 6:
Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park with an Evening Game Drive
After breakfast, transfer to the remote and wild Kidepo Valley National Park, one of Uganda’s most beautiful and untouched parks. Upon arrival, enjoy an evening game drive, where you can spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, and a range of wildlife amidst the park’s stunning savannah and mountainous landscapes.
Day 7:
Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Karamojong Community Visit
Start the day with an early morning game drive in Kidepo, where you’ll likely see cheetahs, lions, and zebras. Later, visit a Karamojong community, a nomadic pastoralist group that lives in the park’s surroundings. Learn about their unique culture, lifestyle, and traditional practices.
Day 8:
Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Drive south to Murchison Falls National Park, known for its magnificent waterfalls and rich wildlife. You will arrive in the afternoon and check into your accommodation, ready for the adventures ahead.
Day 9:
Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Safari to Bottom of Falls
Start the day with a morning game drive to spot wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari along the Nile River, which takes you to the base of Murchison Falls, where you can see hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife up close.
Day 10:
Top of Murchison Falls and Transfer to Kibale National Park
After breakfast, visit the top of Murchison Falls, where the Nile River dramatically plunges over the cliff. It’s a breathtaking sight! Then, transfer to Kibale National Park, known for its famous chimpanzee trekking experience.
Day 11:
Chimpanzee Trekking and Evening Community Walk
Today, embark on a thrilling chimpanzee trekking adventure in Kibale Forest, where you’ll track one of the park’s famous chimpanzee families. Afterward, take a leisurely community walk to explore the local villages and learn about the culture of the people living near the forest.
Day 12:
Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most visited park, known for its rich wildlife and stunning landscapes. You’ll arrive in the afternoon, where you can relax and prepare for the next day's adventures.
Day 13:
Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel
In the morning, enjoy a game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you can see lions, elephants, and leopards. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a waterway teeming with hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife.
Day 14:
Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its mountain gorillas. Check in to your accommodation for a restful evening before the next day’s gorilla trekking experience.
Day 15:
Gorilla Trekking and Afternoon Batwa Cultural Experience
Today, embark on a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After your trek, visit the Batwa community to learn about their traditional lifestyle and cultural practices.
Day 16:
Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
After breakfast, drive to Drive to Lake Bunyonyi, Uganda’s most beautiful lake and one of the world's largest fresh water lake.
Day 17:
Boat cruise, Nature walk and Visit Islands and Local communities at Lake Bunyonyi
Enjoy a full-day experience at Lake Bunyonyi, the “Lake of a Thousand Islands,” with a scenic boat cruise across its calm waters, visits to historic and cultural islands like Punishment Island and Bwama, a refreshing nature walk along terraced hillsides with stunning lake views, and immersive encounters with local Bakiga communities. Transfer Lake Mburo National Park

Stroll through vibrant local food markets, admire the architecture of Namirembe and Rubaga Cathedrals, and experience the organized chaos of the Kampala taxi park—a true symbol of city life. Don’t miss the Uganda Museum and colorful craft markets for a taste of culture and souvenirs. After this exciting city adventure, drive east to Jinja, the adventure capital of East Africa, where the Nile begins its mighty journey.

Later, set out on a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Victoria, the world’s largest tropical lake, as you enjoy stunning views, cool breezes, and the chance to spot more birdlife and fishing communities along the shores. After days of unforgettable adventures across Uganda, enjoy a relaxed morning in Entebbe before your guide transfers you to Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight. Depending on your flight schedule, you may opt for last-minute souvenir shopping or a brief stop at the Entebbe Botanical Gardens or local craft markets.
