Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Jinja – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
- Pick up from your hotel in Jinja.
- Drive via Kampala with a stop at the Equator for photos.
- Lunch en route in Mbarara.
- Continue to Bwindi, arriving in the evening.
- Check in at your lodge, dinner, and overnight stay.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
- Breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters for briefing.
- Begin gorilla trekking adventure (2–6 hours depending on location).
- Spend one magical hour with the mountain gorillas.
- Return for lunch and relaxation at the lodge.
- Optional Batwa cultural visit in the evening.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 3: Departure
- Breakfast at the lodge.
- Begin return journey through southwestern Uganda.
- Lunch en route.
- Evening arrival in Kampala/ Entebbe and drop-off at your hotel.
