Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale Forest & Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary Walk
- Meet your safari driver/guide in Kampala or Entebbe and drive west to Kibale Forest (approx. 5–6 hours).
- Enjoy scenic views of tea plantations and crater lakes along the way.
- Lunch en route.
- In the afternoon, take a guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, famous for bird species like the Great Blue Turaco, primates, and butterflies.
- Dinner and overnight at your lodge near Kibale Forest.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking & Return to Kampala/Entebbe

- Spend one hour observing the chimps as they feed, play, and interact in their natural habitat.
- After trekking, begin your return journey to Kampala/Entebbe, arriving in the late afternoon.
